1) Events: Get Saucy cook-off for the benefit of People to People at Nyack Seaport at 5:30 p.m. Rockland County Sheriff Lou Falco and Nyack Mayor Jen White have joked with each other as to who makes the best spaghetti sauce or gravy as Lou calls it. They will take part in a spaghetti sauce cook-off, along with Rockland County Clerk Paul Piperato, Orange & Rockland Vice President of Public Affairs Tom Brizzolara and Dominican College Vice President of Institutional Advancement Dorothy Filoramo. 2) Events: Annual Meeting Of The Friends Of The Nanuet Public Library Linda Zimmerman, local Author of "Ghosts of Rockland County" will be spending a spooky evening, telling about her ghost investigations in the Hudson Valley.  There will be books available for signing and refreshments will be served. The program begins at 7 p.m. at the library at 149 Church Street in Nanuet.

3) Weather: Partly cloudy today, it'll be sweater weather in the mid 60s.
