1) Events: Join an armchair tour of Brooklyn and Brooklyn Heights from the comfort of the New City Library. The free program discusses Revolutionary War battles in the area, abolitionist activism and the Underground Railroad and begins at 7 p.m. More details available here.

2) Events: Interested in joining the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s team in training? Attend the introductory session to get specifics about training and fundraising at 7 p.m. Check it outhere.

3) Weather: The National Weather Service says the overnight rain mixed with snow will end, leaving the afternoon clear and cold. The high may hit 40.
