Palisades Federal Credit Union To Host "Strike-Out Loan Sale" with Dwight "Doc" Gooden

Palisades Federal Credit Union, the largest Rockland County based Credit Union, will host a “Strike-Out Loan Sale” with former NY Met and NY Yankee pitching star, Dwight “Doc” Gooden on September 7th. The event will take place from 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. at the Credit Union’s Nanuet branch.

The Credit Union is inviting anyone over the age of 18 who resides in Rockland County to participate in the one day loan sale to see how much money they can save each month with Palisades by refinancing any of their existing loans or credit cards. Everyone that participates in the “Strike-Out Loan Sale” will meet former NY Met and NY Yankee pitching great, Dwight “Doc” Gooden and will receive a free autographed copy of his new book.

WHEN:           Saturday, September 7th from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm.

COST:            Free for Rockland County residents over the age of 18 that participate in the “Strike-Out Loan Sale.” Participation consists of completing a credit card or other loan application to see how much money could be saved each month by refinancing an existing loan at a lower rate.

 

“We are excited to bring Doc Gooden to Rockland for our one day loan sale and welcome the opportunity to bid on any and/or all of your existing loans,” explained Mark Welshoff, President & CEO of Palisades Federal Credit Union. “We are confident that with our low loan rates, Striking-Out existing loans and saving Rockland County resident’s money each month is inevitable.” All qualified participants will receive special refinancing offers from the Credit Union on any existing car, personal, mortgage, home equity, student and/or credit card loan
