As part of its activities to promote Haitian culture, Radio Panik is proud to organize the first Kremas Contest in Rockland county, to discover and reward the one who submits the most delicious recipe for this much appreciated liqueur.
"Kremas" is a sweet and creamy alcoholic beverage native to Haiti.

A panel of judges comprised of renowned restorateurs, caterers and food specialists will be on hand to decide which is the best Kremas based on the following criteria:

Appearance
Presentation
