Rain, Snow, Thunder, Cold: Forecast into March 13

The brunt of the storm will pass to the north.

The National Weather Service predicts some snow will fall on Rockland County but there will be little or no accumulation by the time the storm ends Thursday.

That's along with the rain, thunderstorms and rapidly dropping temperatures.

From a current 50 degrees at 2:24PM, the high tomorrow should be in the 20s.

We're much better off than upstate New York, where 10-18 inches of new snow is expected and non-essential state employees have already been sent home in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Cayuga, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Livingston, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Oswego, Wayne and Wyoming counties.
