Vera Wang. In the bridal and fashion world, that name is well known. But now, it's a little more affordable and coming to town. Her new collection White is being premiered Saturday at David's Bridal Spring Valley.
“We want this event to be very informational, have the ability to answer questions and really allow the brides to experience Vera, since it is such a unique and modern addition to the David’s Bridal collection, we want the brides to understand where Vera was coming from when designing,” said Andrea, Assistant Manager, David’s Bridal in the Spring Valley Marketplace. “Depending on how many appointments we have we might have some of the girls walking around in the gowns.”
This all-day event will premiere the Vera Wang Collection and brides are asked to come in between 11 a.m. or noon. The store closes at 7 p.m. Those wanting to try on the collection should call ahead of time and make an appointment. 845-578-1861
“Vera Wang sizes start from zero and can be ordered up to 26 in certain sizes, the same for the Bridesmaid dresses,” said Andrea. White By Vera Wang is priced from $600 to $1,400 and contains 12 different styles, the whole collection is viewable online at DavidsBridal.com. Also David's Bridal is running a promotion which is $50-300 off every dress, excluding the Vera Wang collection.

The collection, which includes gowns and accessories, is available in a romantic palette of soft white, ivory, blush, and champagne and includes a range of looks perfect for the traditional and modern bride alike. David's Bridal will launch subsequent White by Vera Wang collections each fall and spring season.
“All of our vendors will be there: Brighter Smile which is cosmetic dentistry, Pure Platinum, which is our DJ, and Casa Mia Manor House and our MaryKay representative might be there as well,” said Andrea.
