NANUET, NY (October 15, 2013) – Nanuet’s dining scene now has a new hot spot in town. Bonefish Grill opened its doors on Monday in its newest location at the Shops at Nanuet off Rt. 59 in Nanuet, N.Y. The grand opening follows a charity event which took place on Saturday, October 12, benefitting the American Cancer Society of Rockland and helping the group to raise $6,840. Proceeds from the event will support the American Cancer Society as they work to save lives and fight for every birthday threatened by every cancer in every community.
“There are so many people throughout our country that are affected by cancer, either personally, or through family members or close friends,” said Dennis Owens, Managing Partner of Bonefish Grill Nanuet. “It is a disease that has affected my family and I am very proud, as is my Bonefish family, to help this great organization by opening our doors to them. We look forward to many more opportunities to help support the Rockland County community, and to welcoming everyone to our restaurant to show them what we do best: attentive ‘chef’s coat service’ that brings fun, inviting dining with a big-city bar feel to the area.”
The award-winning, polished casual restaurant brings its wood-grilled fish, seafood and chops, innovative sauces and indulgent desserts to the area’s top dining and shopping destination. Coupling great-tasting food with a welcoming bar that features an array of “bar-fresh” cocktails, extensive craft beer selections, and an adventurous wine list, Bonefish Grill will excite and delight guests.
