Let me introduce myself and Stay Fit Seniors.

It matters to seniors, their children, grandchildren and the overall physical and financial health of our country. Potential caretakers need to get the seniors in their lives moving!

 

I am Dr. Roger A. Russo, a practicing chiropractor in Rockland since 1980, and I  developed the idea for Stay Fit Seniors in 2004. I realized that while my senior patients benefited from my care, many had almost no physical activity and as a result, were experiencing ongoing pain and declining health.  I felt so strong about my senior patients needing to exercise that I installed a sophisticated circuit training program in my office for them to use.  I did extensive research to determine the best exercise regimen, the best equipment to utilize, and the exact specifications to achieve the best direct benefit from the use of the Program. The response to this senior program was overwhelmingly positive and the Stay Fit Seniors fitness program was born.
