Deconstructing Cravings: Free Lecture

Diane Hoch, CHC is proud to present this free lecture, Deconstructing Cravings, to help you deconstruct those nasty cravings and become the best version of yourself.

We all have them. Food cravings may be the result of lifestyle, a lack of nutrients, hormones, or food addictions.  The cause we can figure out by asking the right questions.  In this lecture we will talk about food,  the power it holds over us, and how to embrace eating without guilt.  In the first of the Weight Loss Series this is an important stepping stone to discover how to get back on the right track (or discover the healthy track for the first time!).  We will discuss the theory of “crowding out”.  Learn that if you fill your body with healthy, nutrient dense foods, it is only natural that your cravings for unhealthy food will continue to lessen over time!  Vibrant health here we come!

Just a short thought to get the word out quickly about anything in your neighborhood.
Share something with your neighbors. Write a new post... What's up? Make an announcement, speak your mind, or sell something

This is just ridiculous. There are two aspects to our water. Supply and demand. United WaterRead More control our supply and have been instructed by the NY Public Service Commission to increase our supply. Our politicians control our demand. They could enact legislation to restrict demand tomorrow: Introduce water saving measures, restrict growth and introduce incentives and policies to conserve, but do they? No, of course not, they would rather showboat and slam UW, who are doing what the State has mandated. If our local politicians are serious on this issue, propose real legislation and water conservation measure, not just baseless rebuke of UW.

He originally attempted to text the announcement to a bunch of youths, but he mistakenly sent it toRead More senior citizens.
