Movement for Joy (M4J) is a program for People with movement challenges such as Parkinson's, MS, MD, and all other movement challenges. Inspired by dance movements, M4J brings the joy of movement back, through simple movements and music. It is for persons in wheelchairs, using walkers, or canes, or have some mobility and for care givers. Taught by Diane Discepolo, trained in working with peope with movement challenges. It's a fun time and it gets people out of the house and into connecting with others.
