This Meeting’s Topic: CIVIL SERVICE with Rockland County Commissioner of Personnel - JOAN SILVESTRI with facilitator: Philip Fanara Interested in learning about Civil Service jobs here in Rockland County?  Commissioner Joan Silvestri is coming to answer all of your questions and to give an overview of the civil service process.  Her expertise and the information she brings will give you an idea of what jobs are available and what it entails to get them.  So bring your curiosity and your questions for this wonderful opportunity to speak with the Commissioner.
