First Annual Smoke-N-Fire Food Fest

The first-ever Smoke-N-Fire Food Fest at Provident Bank Park is literally the hottest place to be in Rockland this weekend! A portion of ticket sales will benefit Baking Memories 4 Kids, a local charity that sends children with life threatening illnesses and their families to Florida amusement parks, to lift their spirits.

At the Smoke-N-Fire Food Fest, attendees can sample specialty foods from hot sauce and spice companies as well as food from area restaurants and produce from local farms. The event will include the first-ever Rockland County culinary competition, which is open to culinary students in high school and college who reside in New York State.

The Smoke-N-Fire Food Fest will include spicy food eating contests, live music, activities for children, a fire juggler and other forms of family entertainment throughout the day. Beverages, including beer and wine, will be available for purchase from Provident Bank Park concession. Admission is $5 per person and the event will run from 11 AM to 7 PM, rain or shine. Parking is free of charge. Find out more at www.nyfoodfest.com
