This 6-week workshop is very practical and will help you take control of your diabetes.  You will receive the support of others with similar concerns and learn to manage your health in order to maintain an active, fulfilling life.  This class is offered by the Rockland County Department of Health.  There is no charge.  to register, call 845-364-2501.
