A Hillburn ‘Walk through History’

 Sunday, March 30, 2014 

TIME: 2–3:15 pm (rain or shine)

Travis Jackson was entering the fourth grade when Thurgood Marshall came to Rockland County to help in the desegregation of the Hillburn schools. Dr. Jackson will lead this informative walking tour around the village of Hillburn and describe the important civil rights event that took place in 1943.
