Extra-curricular activities are a great way to help kids find out what they like and where they shine. But the equipment, uniform requirements and other supplies children need to try out a new activity are not cheap. Plus, it can be time consuming to shop for everything on those lists.

So instead of visiting every dance wear store in Westchester for that size small sleeveless leotard, or coughing up $40 for a new pair of cleats that will last one season, see if your neighbors on Tarrytown-Sleepy Hollow Patch have something to share, swap or donate.
