Fun Networking and Vendor Expo November 13th - Fundraiser for Nanuet High School Scholarship Fund!

The Greater Nanuet Chamber of Commerce will host a fun networking event and mini expo on Wednesday, November 13th from 5 – 8pm at the Comfort Inn in Nanuet. The evening will be a fundraiser for the two Nanuet High School Scholarships that the Chamber will present for the first time this coming June.

Every exhibiting business will be providing a gift certificate or coupon to every attendee so that the event will be of great value to those who attend as well as the businesses who will have an opportunity to introduce their organization to new faces.

“We anticipate that this event will be the first of many,” stated Risa B. Hoag, president of the Chamber. “Our group is an active one both from the business side and the resident side and we are looking forward to this expo expanding those connections for everyone involved.” There are only 31 exhibit spaces available so businesses who want to take advantage of the low $45 price for members and $55 for non-members are encouraged to sign up early. Individuals who would like to attend the event will pay $20 in advance through the Chamber’s website and $25 at the door. The price of admission includes great food provided by the Comfort Inn. All proceeds will go directly to the Chamber’s new scholarship fund and they anticipate the first year to be completely funded through this event.

Service businesses as well as retail shops, restaurants, etc. are all encouraged to take tables to show highlight their products and services and offer coupons and discounts to all who attend.

Those who want to join the Chamber can sign up on line at the Chamber’s website. Membership fee for businesses is $125 annually and only $25 for residents. All are welcome to attend the monthly meetings which are posted to the Chamber’s website www.nanuetChamber.com
