I adopted a dog from Hi-Tor last February and I have to tell you, she is the best dog I've ever owned. Good luck with your adoption drive!

We adopted a dog from Hi Tor 5 years ago. He's a pitbull mix and the love of our lives! He's sweet, loyal and very entertaining! We adopt from HiTor again!

Someone please give Charlotte a chance. She has been in the shelter since February 2012. She deserves a loving home with a strong pack leader.

Charlotte is such a unique mix. What better Valentine than the love of a rescue dog. All the dogs in the slide show look AMAZING!
