You are invited to the Family Fest Health Fair, which will be held on Saturday, June 1st, 2013 from 11 AM to 3 PM at Nanuet Outdoor Education Center 135 Convent Road, Nanuet , NY 10954.
This is a free event - all are welcome!
The Family Fest Health Fair will provide information to the community to increase awareness of fatal health conditions, promote healthy lifestyles, and improve community health.
The event will feature free health screenings, interactive exhibits and hands-on workshops. Our main focus is to educate the community about fatal health conditions and preventative measures.
Participants include: American Diabetes Association; American Foundation for Suicide Prevention; Avon; Avon Walk for Breast Cancer-Cure Pink; Decarlo Chiropractic; Fidelis Care; HOP Health on Purpose; Hudson Health Plan;Herbalife; I 9 Sports; It Works!; Nanuet Chamber of Commerce; New City Chiropractic Center; New Life Chiropractic; New York Organ Donor Network; Nyack College School of Nursing and Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc.
Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. will share with community members the Martin Luther King (MLK) Day of Service project “Assessing Nanuet’s Community Health” data collected on January 19th, 2013. For more information on this project, Click here.
