Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. needs your help!

Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. is asking business owners to donate food for our upcoming Walk for Health event on September 29th, 2012.

Dear Patch reader,

Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. is asking business owners to donate food for our upcoming Walk for Health event on September 29th, 2012.

Worldwide Community First Responder (WCFR) is a non-profit/charitable organization with a mission to ‘prevent deaths worldwide through education and training’. WCFR offers two main services: WCFR Health Education and WCFR Training Program. Through these services, WCFR seeks to empower individuals in their own communities and save lives.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds and awareness for Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc. WCFR Walk for Health is a new initiative of WCFR Health Education (one of the services provided by Worldwide Community First Responder, Inc.) WCFR Health Education focuses on educating community members worldwide of fatal health conditions and preventative measures. The WCFR Health Education goals are: to increase awareness of fatal health conditions, promote healthy lifestyles and improve community health. Funds raised from this event will enable us to continue our health education programs locally and abroad.

Please support our mission to ‘prevent deaths worldwide through education and training’ by donating fruits and beverages for this event. Our representatives will collect the donations.

Your donations will help save lives. We will send out a press release to the local media including a public thank-you for your donations.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Sincerely,

Jacqueline Cassagnol, RN, MSN, PMC

Just a short thought to get the word out quickly about anything in your neighborhood.
Share something with your neighbors. Write a new post... What's up? Make an announcement, speak your mind, or sell something

This is just ridiculous. There are two aspects to our water. Supply and demand. United WaterRead More control our supply and have been instructed by the NY Public Service Commission to increase our supply. Our politicians control our demand. They could enact legislation to restrict demand tomorrow: Introduce water saving measures, restrict growth and introduce incentives and policies to conserve, but do they? No, of course not, they would rather showboat and slam UW, who are doing what the State has mandated. If our local politicians are serious on this issue, propose real legislation and water conservation measure, not just baseless rebuke of UW.
