Solange A. Sens-Castet of Nanuet, NY formerly of Manhattan passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2014. She was 89.
Solange was born February 19, 1925 in Mairy Sur Marne, France to Mathias and Philomene Kandel. She was a parishioner of St. Malachy Parish in Manhattan.
Solange will be remembered for her generosity and Christian spirit and for being the greatest mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Richard Sens-Castet and wife Carroll Cole of Brooklyn, NY and Robert Sens-Castet and wife Debra of Nanuet and four grandchildren, Nicholas, Cristelle, Danielle and Lauren.
A Mass of Christian burial was held at St. Aedan’s R. C. Church, Pearl River. Wyman-Fisher Funeral Home Inc. handled the arrangements.
