Midas - Nanuet - Bad Experience

We recently had a car serviced a Midas in Nanuet.  It started as a simple oil change and led to $2,000 in repairs and now the engine blew; given that the car is older with high milage it is totalled (a new engine is more than the book value of the car).  The reason the engine blew, according to our Mechanic, is because the oil change and raditor weren't done properly and ultimately seized the engine.  Thus far Midas has not been willing to resolve.

Any suggestions?
