I'm waiting for the rest of this story. Sounds like someone is just looking for his dog.

All human interaction, it seems, is now a suspicious activity subject to police intervention. Like Rob, I hope there is more to this story than panic induced by a stranger asking a question.

We are now paranoid about everything. These kids are cooped up in Day Care, preschool, after school, camps, library drop offs and everywhere else these career minded double income parents can drop them. As such, they do not know how to interact with people creating suspicion enen when someone asks them if they saw their dog. If you communicate anywhere but on Facebook, you are deemed suspicious.

The sad part of these stories is you never get to hear when they turn out to be nothing. This was indeed a person whose dog got loose and was driving around looking for the dog, and did indeed ask the student if the dog was seen. A bit of over-action to say the least, especially since this was a high school student, not an elementary school kid.

How is this deemed appropriate for news? A man asks for a list dog...okay. And? No guns? No malicious intent? No robbery? Then please, please, GTFO.
