“Once in the room, the defendant subjected the victim to sexual contact while she was sleeping,” said Zugibe. “The victim woke up during the sexual assault.”

Ixcopal, a maintenance worker had a master key to all of the hotel rooms, was indicted on Thursday for Criminal Sexual Act in the 1st Degree, Burglary in the 2nd Degree as a Sexually Motivated Felony and Burglary in the 2nd Degree.
