Police: He was found with two $50 U.S. Savings Bonds.

A Nanuet man is charged with burglary and violating a court order after he was found in his ex-wife's home on Tuesday in Nanuet, according to Clarkstown police.

Police were alerted to a suspicious incident at 1 p.m. Tuesday on Tulip Court. While investigating, town police said they found Marco Tello, 46, of Nanuet, inside the home of his former spouce.

Police said a Rockland County Family Court order was issued previously to prevent Tello from going to the home. During the investigation, police said Tello was found with two $50 U.S. Savings Bonds belonging to his former spouce, who was not home at the time.

Tello was arrested and charged with burglary, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal contempt. He was arraigned in Clarkstown Town Court and ordered held in the Rockland County Correctional Facility in New City on $5,000 bail pending a hearing today.
