The Clarkstown Police Department responded to a call from Foot Locker in the Palisades Mall, at 8:53 p.m. July 16, reporting a shoplifting incident.
Three suspects: Christian Omir, 30, Christopher Rivera, 21, and Caesar Alvarado, 31, had been reportedly observed by loss prevention staffers taking merchandise valued at $1,195.00.
The three suspects were also in possession of stolen merchandise from American Eagle, valued at $890.00, police said.
They were charged with criminal possession of stolen property 4th (felony).
The three Newark NJ residents were arraigned on July 17, 2014 in Clarkstown Justice Court. Bail was set at $500 for Caesar Alvarado and $1,000 for both Christian Omir and Christopher Rivera.
They have a return court date of Sept. 17.
