First Elementary PTA Meeting of the School Year
Parents showed up for the first meeting of the Elementary PTA to hear the new plans for the new year.
School's back in session and so are the PTAs. The first PTA meeting was the elementary one last night. Both Principals, Auriemma and Smith, were present as well as Assistant Principal Chen and Family Resource Center Director RoseAnne Mercado. They all said a few words and then the meeting was down to business.
All the schools' upcoming projects and great fundraising events were discussed from Box Tops to school pictures. At the end of the meeting, there were sign up sheets for working at the bake sale. The bake sale would be during the Meet the Teacher nights.
