Nanuet 5th Graders Release Trout at Kakiat Park (VIDEO)

The Barr MS 5th Graders released trout on Friday and participated in several stations such as poetry, music, macro-invertebrate, art, hiking, gps-mapping and one with Naturalist Roy Hurd.

In previous years, Teachers Debra Levy and Heather Schucker did this trout release with 6th graders, but after moving from 6th to 5th grade, they will be doing this annual activity with their 5th grade students from now on.
