Nanuet PTSA Hosts Annual Staff Appreciation Breakfast

National Teacher Appreciation Week was May 7-11

Teachers and staff at Nanuet High School got a treat Thursday morning at the PTSA's Staff and Teacher Appreciation Breakfast.

"The PTSA enjoys doing this each year for the staff, administration and faculty," said Flo DiModugno, PTSA co-President. "It's great to do this breakfast in appreciation of all the hard work they do and we also want to give back to the schools."

There were healthy options for the staff, including zuchini bread, scones, fruit, parfaits and much more.

"Everything was homemade by parent voluteers," said PTSA Member Michelle Mosner. "Flo's French Toast was a big hit."

DiModugno made her french toast for the first time last year and after rave reviews from everyone, she made it again this year with printouts of her recipe for staff to take.
