On Saturday, November 19, 2011, Nanuet High School sophomore competed in the NY Federation Cross Country Meet in Wappingers Falls, NY.
She came in 38 out of 260 girls. The top 40 runners are awarded medals. Her placement may have qualified for the Nike Cross Country National Eastern region qualifier race next week.
Last week Marykate placed 16 out of 130 girls in the State Championship in Syracuse, NY qualifying her to compete in the Federation Meet this past Saturday.
