Rockland Students Perform In Music Festival

Students from all around Rockland participated in the 2011 NYSSMA Area All-State Music Festival on Friday and Saturday, Nov. 18 and 19 at Suffern High School. The New York State School Music Association hosted this along with the Ramapo Central School District, which included students from 45 high schools from Greene, Orange, Rockland, Sullivan and Ulster counties.

After two days of rehearsal, they performed a concert at 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Organized by Festival Chairperson John Wagner, here’s the concert line-up:
