RSVP for Black & Gold's Dinner Fundraiser

What do you think of that new Nanuet press box? or those Nanuet athletic award banquets? You can thank the Nanuet Black & Gold club for those. 

However, this volunteer-run organization is looking to fundraise to host future school projects and events. 

If you're free on Monday Feb. 11, RSVP for their second annual fundraiser at Jimmy’s on Main with a Valentine’s Day theme. Check out the attached flyer for more details.

There will be nostalgic love songs and hot and cold hors d'ouveres, wine and beer and desserts. The event will run from 7 - 10 p.m. adn tickets are $50. The ticket also gets you a chance to win a dinner for two at Jimmy's.

"All proceeds will benefit the Nanuet Knight Athletes," said Deb Boyle, member of the Black & Gold Club. "Current projects include (some in cooperation with other organizations such as Nanuet Hall of Fame):

• New flagpole
• Completion of the interior of press box
• New digital information display board replacing current one on Middle School lawn (supporting student Michael Curry’s Eagle Scout project)
• End of the year athletic college scholarships
• Various team requested equipment
• Athletic trophies and plaques for (upcoming althletic) banquets
