Save the Date: Upcoming Fundraisers for Highview Playground

Mark your calendars and support the playground

Fundraising for the new Highview Community Playground is continuing until Build Day—Columbus Day Weekend. Since the entire rebuilding project is to be funded and built by the community, the playground committees need all the help they can get. Here are some upcoming ways to help out:

Friday, July 29 from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. at the Highview Playground, located at the corner of Highview Avenue and Church Street in Nanuet: Rummage Sale Drop Off—Save your used items and drop them off just in time for the sale this weekend. Want to know what items are acceptable? Check this .

Saturday and Sunday, July 30-31 from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at the Highview Playground site It's across from the . Highview Playground Rummage Sale—100 percent of the proceeds go toward the playground

Saturday, Aug. 6 at 6 p.m. at Miller Elementary Field: —Gates open at 6 p.m. for activities, which includes bouncy houses, , Concession stand. The movie Rango will be shown at 8:30 p.m. For cost, times and details, check out this event listing.
