10am - 2pm; Cost between $1 and $5 at various booths
Albertus Magnus Student Council is sponsoring the first Spring Carnival at Albertus Magnus High School.
- Representatives from the various school clubs and sports teams will be manning booths with a wide variety of different carnival games.
- There will be age appropriate booths that will entertain both young children and teenagers.
- Carnival style snacks will also be available for sale on the carnival grounds.
Fun Activity Booths:
Newspaper Club: Pie-in-the-Face Booth (appropriate for all ages)
The newspaper club will be set up to make everyone laugh with a chance to throw a well-aimed pie. Student and teacher volunteers will line up to get a face full of pie.
Art, Anime & Photography Clubs: Face Painting (appropriate for all ages)
The Art club will be available with their artistic talents to get everyone involved in the carnival atmosphere by having their face painted.
Ski & Snowboard Club: Snowball Toss (appropriate for all ages)
Even though the temperatures have reached the 90's already this spring, our Ski and Snowboard club will have a snowball (fake of course) toss challenge. A snowball perfectly placed in the hole will win the contestant a prize.
Boys Basketball: Make the Shot (appropriate for all ages)
Surprise. Surprise. our Boys basketball team will have a basketball shot game. Make a shot win a prize.
Girls Basketball: Pick the Right Basketball (younger children only)
The Girls basketball team will have a random choice game. Pick the right basketball and you can win a prize.
International Club: Sumo Wrestling (teenagers only)
Suit up and win the ring. Our international club will have two contestants face off in Sumo suits to knock the other out of the ring.
Softball: Knock Them Down (appropriate for all ages)
Warm up your pitching arm and try to knock down the target with an official Albertus Magnus Softball.
Student Council: Snack Booth
Stop by our booth to enjoy a carnival classic such as snow cones, cotton candy, popcorn, and hot dogs.
