Crew, Vera Bradley, J. Jill, Sur La Table, Jos. A. Bank, Brighton Collectibles, Soma Intimates, Lovesac, LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics and many more.

Take a stroll on Fashion Drive and enjoy great shopping, food and entertainment at The Shops at Nanuet!

This mall just likes to play mall war with Palisades. This shows how nasty Simon Property is and mall management is. If they think they are going to put a 200 store mall out of business the joke is on them Stores have come and gone in other malls and are still around. Simon property just let the old mall die and kicked out Boscovs. They owned Bergen Mall in Paramus and almost ran that mall into the ground until vornado bought it and brought it back to life and now its great. At least Garden State Plaza Paramus Park and bergen Town Center all compete fairly and dont play mall war like shops likes to do to Palisades mall. Palisades is only trying to serve the community all Simon looks at is the dollar signs. I think Vornado Westfield AND pyramid are better than Simon. I will not shop a mall that wont compete fairly.

Bannana Republic Nanuet you will not get any patronage from me by giving in to such a nasty mall owner as simon. when need to iwll shop your store ay Garden State Plaza in Paramus. You made a big mistake leaving Palisades.

Dear lord Rex aka Rob, this old song and dance from labelscar has gotta stop. You gotta get over either the grudge you have for Boscov's closing (because they filed for bankruptcy, not because simon tossed them) and laying you off or the bitterness of working two retail jobs that couldn't pay for a keychain at a Shops store. Being an unpaid shill for the mall in the landfill aint the best gig.

Tim they are out of bankruptcy they opened a new store last year in woodbridge nj. I an not talking about them i am talking about What simon did and they stayed in business.Macys filed bankruptcy uears ago when they were private and Federated bought them. So i am not tALKING about Boscovs I AM SAYING WHAT SIMON PROPERTY HAS DONEnnd how nasty they are anf cannot compete fairly with palisades as the paramus malls do.ALL SIMON WANTS TO DO IS PLAY MALL WAR. .

Rex, seriously what is your issue, its just a shopping center. And "Palisades is only trying to serve the community" really?
rex merrins January 28, 2014 at 07:59 AM
First off Issy Many including myself find shops expensive for this area and should have been outlets like Bergen Town Center in Paramus. This company is very nASTY TAKING TENANRS FROM THE OTHER MALL. rOCKLAND LIKES TO PATRONIZE ONE MALL BERGEN PATRONIZES ALL THREE MALLS IN pARAMUS AND THERE ARE NO MALL WARS, ALEX GROMMACK HAD SAID THERE WOULD BE NO DUPLICATE STORES THAT ARE IN PALISADES they lied. MACYS IS STILL A DUMP WITH NO SELECTION.AND SEARS IS GOOD FOR NOTHING ID RATHER SHOP JC PENNEY OVER SEARS.

So in 1998 when Palisades opened and all of the stores in old nanuet mall closed and moved there, that was "competing fairly". What does that even mean???
rex merrins January 28, 2014 at 08:17 AM
Tim Macys never drew a big crowd people went to paramus where they had a better selection or the mall had Filenes which was like macys not the basement simon was not doing anything to bring in more shops before or after palisades opened so why should the shops that were there stay they would have anyway after Boscovs closed because Bannana was in that wing and apple wasnt around yet in palisades as well. limitted just closed in the old mall the gap goes to all malls childrens place was in the old mall till the end so not all moved to palisades.

Tim you have your opinion i have mine just leave it at that.
Tim O'Toole January 28, 2014 at 08:23 AM
The difference is your opinion has no root in logic. Tenants will go where they want to go. There are shops tenants that would never set up shop at palisades because the type of customer they want isn't there, there are some that can survive in both because they appeal to different people, and there are some that now are leaving palisades because there is an alternative in the market. Your "mall war" train of thought is ignorant and oversimplified. Now please answer me back in all CAPS about how you only shop online at Belk and Dillard's, because those store are the hight of fashion.
rex merrins January 28, 2014 at 08:40 AM
I am in retail for 15 years and and worked on wall stree i know how these stores are. i have been in Belk and DILLARDS IN NORTH CAROLINA WHY ARE YOU TALKING IN RIDDLES I AM TALKING ABOUT HERE NOT BELK. LETS STOP THE NONSNSE IAM NOT COMMENTING AFTER THIS. YOU LIKE NANUET I LIKE PALISADES AND PARAMUS HAVE FUN SPENDING IN THE EXPENSIVE SHOPS AND FAIRWAY I WILL STICK TO SHOP RUTE AND STOP AND SHOP.
Tim O'Toole January 28, 2014 at 08:49 AM
I seriously doubt you won't comment again. You pop up at every article about the shops with your "RA RA PALISADES IZ GRATE AND KEWL!" bit.
