Connor Farry, Josh Masciovecchio & Peter O'Neill achieved the rank of eagle recently and celebrated together, Saturday, June 14th at St. Francis of Assisi. Three different projects covered the areas of faith, community and environment. Connor's project made repairs and installed hand railings on cement steps outside the St. Francis Church rectory. Josh's project involved the construction of three pergolas to function as shade in the new Music Garden at Camp Venture in Sparkill. Peter's project constructed and installed bluebird nest houses at Rockland Lake State Park and the adjacent Championship Golf Course to bring the bluebird back to the area.
