25 Employers Expected At Shops At Nanuet Job Fair

The upcoming job fair hosted by The Shops At Nanuet is expected to include 25 retailers and restaurants seeking to hire new employees.  Applications will be accepted for available positions ranging from entry-level retail and sales to management opportunities. The Shops at Nanuet, which has already announced more than 40 tenants, will open in October. 

Participating businesses include Macy’s, Sears, Bonefish Grill; Sur La Table; CUPS Frozen Yogurt; Zinburger Wine & Burger Bar; Fairway Market; Subway; The Limited; Gap/GapKids/babyGap; J.Jill; Michael Kors; Chico’s; Soma Intimates; Victoria’s Secret; Brighton Collectibles; Big Dog Sportswear; Sephora; European Wax Center; Paper Source; Kay Jewelers; Teavana; Sleep Number by Select Comfort; The Shops at Nanuet Management Office; and Allied Barton Security Services.

The daylong event on Friday, Aug. 23rd will run from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Comfort Inn and Suites on Route 59 in Nanuet.

“Our ultimate goal with hosting the Job Fair is to make connections between the exciting stores that will make up the retailer mix at The Shops at Nanuet and job seekers in Rockland County looking for a future in retail,” commented Ryan Hidalgo, general manager for The Shops at Nanuet.  “We’ve received inquiries from both retailers and the community about employment opportunities here so we are pleased to create an event tailor made to these audiences.”
