Best of Winner: Desserts—Rockland Bakery
The Nanuet eatery won 46 percent of the vote in the Patch "Best Of" Desserts contest.
What satisfies your sweet tooth? Is it the cookies? Maybe you're a cake and ice cream person. Then there are tarts, donuts and everything in between. This week, Patch asked Nanuet what its favorite Dessert place is.

Receiving 21 out of the 45 votes in the contest, the bakery is not only known for great breads, bagels and rolls, but also the pies, cakes, cookies and many other pastries.
"I'm honored," said Rockland Bakery Owner Joe Battaglia. "I'm happy to hear news that we're doinga good job, the owner, management and employees. We'll keep up the good work."
