Where To Pick Up Your Super Bowl Champion Gear, If The Giants Win

You can have a Super Bowl champion t-shirt Sunday night

If the Giants win the Super Bowl Sunday night, within seconds of the final whistle they’ll all be given shirts and hats commemorating the win.

If the Giants win the Super Bowl Sunday night, within minutes of the final whistle you can purchase those same shirts and hats just as long as you know where to look.

In Nanuet, will open after the game if the Giants win with a bunch of championship merchandise ready for purchase.

“We call it the pit,” said Keith Damstra, store manager. “It’s that area right up in the front of the store. We’ll have a bunch of tables there just covered with stuff.”

The stuff ranges from t-shirts to mugs to glasses to pennants. The store did the and had a big turnout, staying open a few hours.

“We sold about $6,000 of merchandise in just a few hours,” Damstra said. “And that was for the NFC Championship.”

He said he imagines the store will stay open until 1 a.m. if the Giants win Sunday. They’ll then open three hours early on Monday at 6 a.m.

He said they started getting the Super Bowl champion gear delivered on Friday, and it’ll stay in the back for a few days while they sort through and organize everything. Then during the game, a few employees will be at the store listening to it, and if necessary, they’ll set everything up and then open.

Sports Authority at the Palisades Mall will also open Sunday night should the Giants win on Sunday, as the store did for the NFC Championship win as well.

Freddy Rodriguez, store manager, said the store will probably stay open until 11 or 11:30 p.m. Sunday night if the Giants win and will open early Monday, either at 6 or 7 a.m. opposed to its normal 10 a.m. opening time.

If the Giants win, Sports Authority will have Super Bowl champions t-shirts, in blue and grey shirts. They’ll also have a championship hat in grey. Rodriguez said they’ve already received the gear, which is in the store but not out for sale yet, of course.

“You’ve gotta wait ‘til Sunday,” he said.
