Author & Motivational Speaker Michele Phillips to Bring Her Inspirational Workshops to Rockland & Westchester

Everyone could use a little inspiration, especially in the beginning of the year when the winter sets in and the resolutions seem to fade. Michele Phillips, a sought after motivational speaker and personal coach for some of the largest corporations in America, will host several workshops titled, “Creating Positive Habits for a New Year and a New You!” Phillips, a Piermont resident, will introduce people to the transformation of habits through her creative and fun workshops taking place in the NY Metro area. The first one will be held in Rockland County on February 2nd at the Hilton Garden Inn in Nanuet with several to following Westchester, Bergen and then Manhattan.


 


In her inventive hands-on sessions, she uses creative materials and motivational tools to inspire attendees to change their habits and thus change their lives. “I combine positive psychology and knowledge of health and fitness techniques with the undeniable power of habits to create an easy method for people to implement positive change, build confidence and raise their overall happiness level,” states Phillips.

This is just ridiculous. There are two aspects to our water. Supply and demand. United WaterRead More control our supply and have been instructed by the NY Public Service Commission to increase our supply. Our politicians control our demand. They could enact legislation to restrict demand tomorrow: Introduce water saving measures, restrict growth and introduce incentives and policies to conserve, but do they? No, of course not, they would rather showboat and slam UW, who are doing what the State has mandated. If our local politicians are serious on this issue, propose real legislation and water conservation measure, not just baseless rebuke of UW.
