Hook Half Marathon and 5k - Hosted by the Rockland Road Runners

Are You Ready for "The Hook?"

Get out your running schedule for 2014 and highlight the first Sunday in April. The Rockland Road Runners is excited to see you come out for its first race of the year.

The 25th running of the George Wodicka Hook Half & 5k will take place on Sunday, April 6th, 2014. The Kids Fun Run will start at 8:00 am. The half marathon and 5k will start at 8:30 am.

All races start and finish at Rockland Lake's north parking lot. The 13.1 mile half marathon course is challenging. A portion runs along the Hudson River. The 5k is flat and fast around Rockland Lake.

$100 will be awarded to the 1st place male and female half marathon finishers. All half marathon finishers will receive a medal. 1st, 2nd and 3rd place medals will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in the half marathon and 5k in age groups: 19 and under, and every 5 years thereafter.

Tech shirts are guaranteed to the first 600 online registrants. There is limited availability of shirts for registrants after online registration closes.

Registration Fees

RRR Members thru 4/1: $35.00 for the half marathon; $25.00 for 5k.

Non-RRR Members thru 4/1: $45.00 for the half marathon; $35.00 for the 5k.

Beginning 4/2: $50.00 for the half marathon; $40.00 for the 5k.

Kids Run: $2.00
