Community Diabetes Education Day

The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) is sponsoring a diabetes community education day that is free and open to the public. The event is part of a new project called the Diabetes Leadership Initiative, which the NYSDOH has partnered with the National Association of Chronic Disease Directors (NACDD) on.
