Nanuet Mother/Daughter home near Tennyson Park

New real estate listing in Nanuet near Tennyson Park location. Written by the listing agent.

This past week, I recently listed a new home for sale in Nanuet. 1 Medford Place. It is one of the largest homes currently on the market in Nanuet with a whopping 3,324 square feet of living area. The most intriguing feature of this home is the legal accessory apartment on the lower level, which makes a perfect in-law suite.

Tuesday May 14th is the unveiling of the home with our first Broker's open house. All real estate broker's are invited for lunch and a tour the home. The purpose of a broker's open house is to show off the home to active real estate agents in the area and to forward feedback about the home's condition and value from other agents to the owners.

On Sunday, May 20th our first public open house will be held. All are welcome! Come for the home and check out a great neighborhood. Medford Place is a cul-de-sac off Tennyson Place. Neighborhoods love the proximity to Tennyson Park where residents have access to basketball courts, baseball fields and a playground.

This is just ridiculous. There are two aspects to our water. Supply and demand. United WaterRead More control our supply and have been instructed by the NY Public Service Commission to increase our supply. Our politicians control our demand. They could enact legislation to restrict demand tomorrow: Introduce water saving measures, restrict growth and introduce incentives and policies to conserve, but do they? No, of course not, they would rather showboat and slam UW, who are doing what the State has mandated. If our local politicians are serious on this issue, propose real legislation and water conservation measure, not just baseless rebuke of UW.
