The first half of the year has come and gone, which means it’s time for my Nanuet Half Time Report. I have calculated different pricing statistics and have provided an overview of what happened in the Nanuet real estate market over the first half of the year.

· This was a 4.6% increase from 1sthalf 2012($394,085)

· On average, homes that did sell, sold for $202 per square foot.

This is the second straight year of increasing values (1.6% increase in 2012,)following five consecutive years of declining values in Nanuet. We saw homes receive multiple offers and homes selling in less than thirty days. The tables above are statistical averages for homes sold from January 1 through June 30,2013, as reported through the Greater Hudson Valley Multiple Listing. Obviously, this is not a substitute for a full evaluation of your property's value, which I'm happy to provide if you ever need it.
