SIERRA CLUB WILL INCREASE YOUR WATER RATES EVEN HIGHER!

How else would they try to "CONTROL THE DEMAND SIDE"?  It did not work before when we had Summer Rates 300% higher than Winter Rates...and it won't work now....because water is a necessity and people want to flush their toilets at will...not when the SIERRA Club tells them they can.  SIERRA CLUB....KEEP YOUR DIRTY HANDS OFF MY WATER!!
