She recognized the suspect nine days later and called police again.

A woman who reported being victimized twice on Feb. 28 recognized the suspect on March 9 and called police again.

In the first incident, on Feb. 28 at 4:45 p.m., Clarkstown police were called to Nanuet where the woman told them she was walking on Second Avenue when a man approached her, exposed himself and then stole more than $200 from her.

Then at about 6:30 PM March 9, the Clarkstown PD got another call. The woman said she had spotted the suspect driving the same vehicle in Spring Valley.

Clarkstown requested the assistance of the Spring Valley Police Department to stop the vehicle.

The suspect, identified as Ricardo G. Martinez, 26, from Spring Valley, was placed under arrest by the SVPD and brought to Clarkstown Police headquarters.

Martinez was interviewed and charged with Robbery 3rd Degree and Public Lewdness.
