Flu Vaccine Clinics Scheduled
Despite the mild weather, flu season is coming. The Rockland County Department of Health wants residents to protect themselves this flu season by getting a flu shot.
The Rockland County Health Department, the Rockland County Office for the Aging and several community agencies including Northern Services Group, Good Samaritan Hospital, and Nyack Hospital scheduled a series of flu vaccine clinics, which are open to the entire community. Residents aged 60 and older will receive the flu vaccine for free but must meet certain requirements. The clinics begin Friday.
