Open Trustee Seat on Nanuet Library Board

The Nanuet Library Board of Trustees meets to discuss how to best form a budget, building upgrades, major decisions on circulation, programming, personel and much more.

If you'd like to be on the board and help make decisions that affect library patrons and taxpayers, your chance is coming up.

There will be a trustee vacancy in July and applicants must reside in the Nanuet School District. For information about the election and responsibilities of the position, contact Library Director Gretchen Bell at 623-4381 ext 116.

The clerk to the board is Bobbie Russell and treasurer is Howard Heffler. 

Pamela Cirilli is stepping down from and the library is looking to fill her spot. You can also stop by their next board meeting to see what goes on one. It's at 7 p.m. on March 27 at the library.
