Master Chef, Peter Berley
Upstate New York’s Premier Nutrition and Cooking Center Offers an Evening
with Nationally-Renowned Chef, Author, and Expert Culinary Instructor
The Food Evolution Nutrition and Cooking Center will host
a special presentation with executive chef and epicurean educator, Peter Berley. Fast and Fabulous Dishes for Spring: An Evening with Peter Berley,
an exclusive vegetarian cooking class, will be held May 15th at 6:30 pm. Chef Berley will demonstrate
easy-to-prepare dishes that will show participants new ways to expertly prepare a five course meal showcasing spring’s emerging vegetables, spices and ingredients.
As a working chef, cookbook author, and instructor, Peter Berley’s primary focus is on fostering an understanding of the importance of using local sustainable food in
food preparation in America. Berley’s work explores various approaches to utilizing fresh, organic produce and
gourmet ingredients to create unique and healthful dishes for cooking enthusiasts of all varieties.
Former executive chef of the world-renowned Angelica Kitchen restaurant in New York City, Peter is now Chef at The Culinary Loft in NYC and teaches classes at The
Institute of Culinary Education and The Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan.

segments of Conscious Cuisine series on Food Network.com and he has contributed to Food and Wine, Bon Appetit, Everyday with Rachel Ray, Natural Health, and Fine Cooking magazines.
