Nanuet Barr PTA Welcomes New Board Members
Meet your new PTA board for Barr Middle School for the 2012-13 school year
At the Barr Middle School PTA meeting Tuesday night, next year's board was named and there was a vote for vice president. Here is your 2012-13 Barr PTA board:
- Lisa Alicata, President
- Michelle Mazzaro, VP
- Linda Gwardschaladse, Treasurer
- Melissa Merrit, Secretary
"I would like to thank parents, teachers, administrators and students for a wonderful four years servicing Barr PTA. It was an honor to represent a wonderful group of people," said Monda Nicolucci, who will be stepping down as the current president. "I'm confident Lisa will do a great job. I'm excited for the incoming board and know they be fantastic at supporting the school and its students."

"Monica did an amazing job as president," said Alicata. "I know I have big shoes to fill, but I'm ready to get started."
The Nanuet Barr PTA is responsible for things such as for the entire school district that were signed by Rockland officials at Barr's annual Read-a-Loud Day, , staff appreciation and much more.
