Nanuet's Kevin Quill Advances in Conference Singles

Senior Kevin Quill will advance in the Conference IV Boys Tennis Championships after beating Alex Satawa at Clarkstown South on Thursday.

Quill won the second round with a score of 6-2, 6-1, sending him to the semifinals Friday. He'll need one more victory to clinch a berth in the Section 1 Championships May 24 and 25 at A.F. Veteran Town Park in Ardsley. The top three singles players and top three doubles teams in the conference tournament advance.
